Posted December 5, 2008 at 12:48 amAccording to a story in Friday’s Las Cruces, N.M., Sun-News, both USC linebackers coach Ken Norton Jr. and UCLA defensive coordinator DeWayne Walker have been interviewed for the New Mexico State head coaching job by the school’s AD, McKinley Boston.
Hal Mummie was fired in his fourth season this year creating the opening at a program that has gone 11-34 the last four seasons.
